Terms of Service
By using the Intras website and service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before use.
Last updated: 29.07.2026
Service description
Intras is a software platform provided by Programmeerija OÜ that lets teams manage tasks, time tracking, files and internal communication in one place. It can be used as our hosted version or self-hosted as open-source software on your own server.
User accounts
When creating an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Licensing and fees
Intras is available in several ways:
- Free plan — for teams of up to two users, with no time limit.
- Lifetime license — a one-time fee granting the right to install and use the software on your own server indefinitely.
- Installation and support services — priced separately by agreement, depending on scope.
All fees are listed on our pricing page and will not be raised retroactively during an active agreement.
Acceptable use
By using Intras you agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful, malicious or harmful purpose;
- attempt unauthorised access to the software or disrupt it, for example through a cyberattack;
- resell or sublicense the software to third parties without our agreement, unless permitted by the applicable open-source licence.
Intellectual property
Intras's source code is released under an open-source licence as stated in our GitHub repository. The brand, logo and website content belong to Programmeerija OÜ. Purchasing a licence does not grant any rights to our trademark or brand, only to the software's code and functionality.
Service availability
If you use our hosted version, we aim to keep the service as available as possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — planned maintenance will be announced in advance. If you self-host the software, you are responsible for its uptime and backups.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We recommend always keeping backups of your data.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. Software installed under a lifetime licence remains yours to use even after our contractual relationship ends, since it is based on open-source code.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation; failing that, disputes will be settled in Harju County Court, Estonia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers of significant changes by email or through the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
